EMİR POLAT

Emir Polat is an entrepreneur with experience in hospitality, jewelry and engineering sectors with a life-long interest in ecology and self-sustained living. He’s a polyglot fluent in five languages and holds a BA in Economics from University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Emir is also a GIA certified Graduate Gemologist and has attended the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts in Vancouver, Canada. Emir is a devoted father of a young son.
